Michelle Burke

Michelle is the owner of Beacon Property Inspections. Michelle grew up as a Navy Brat and finally settled in Virginia Beach in 1987. She attended Old Dominion University where she graduated with a master's degree in special education. She left her 17-year teaching career to grow her business into a multi-inspector firm. She has one adult daughter and loves traveling and entertaining.

Tiffanie Burke

Tiffanie is a proud military wife and mom of two. As our Director of Marketing, she works hard to develop relationships with our real estate partners and clients. She enjoys networking and educating others about the benefits of using Beacon Property Inspections.

John Burke

John has been doing home inspections for over 22 years. He first came to the area from New Jersey back in 2003. After moving here, John started a home inspection business. He has completed thousands of inspections throughout the years. His attention to detail is what makes him so great. His hobbies include golfing, skiing and traveling.

Trevor Woody

Trevor began doing home inspections in 2015 after leaving the construction industry. He grew up in Hampton Roads, the son of a real estate agent. Trevor graduated Virginia Wesleyan College with a degree in History. He also served our community as an EMT for three years. Trevor is a lover of many outdoor activities including snowboarding and surfing.

Gunnar King

Gunnar is a Virginia Beach native. He came to Beacon with a background in construction and building. He is a lover of all thing's cars and motorcycles. He has worked with Beacon for several years and is a detailed and thorough inspector.
